The refurbishment of the Historical Corporate Building of this bank entity in the city of Sabadell, posed a particularly complex challenge of coordination between works.
The protected building would be completely remodeled to adapt it to the new needs and image of the Entity, without thereby distorting the characteristic features of the building. Likewise, the work had to be carried out in phases, to avoid interfering with the normal functioning of the offices, which did not cease at any time.
Among other works, the structural consolidation of the building and its adaptation to the Fire Protection Regulations were especially delicate. The structure was fireproofed and equipped with all the necessary prevention and protection facilities and means.
