in Badalona

Successful opening of the New Commercial Premises.

The new shopping center Esclat in Badalona opened its doors the past 24th of March. Mur Arquitectura have yet again been entrusted with this Project by BonPreu group.

With a 3,400sqm sales area, the new premises have been designed to be environmentally sustainable and efficient. We aimed for a 20% of energy savings of the commercial premises as well as an important reduction on CO2 emissions.

The Mayor of the city, Mr. Xavier Garcia Albiol, the Town Councilor for Commerce and Industry, Ms. Rosa Bertran Bartomeu, attended the successful opening event which took all the required sanitary measures.
