ESCLAT Sant Cugat

At one end of the residential neighborhood of Volpelleres, in Sant Cugat, rises this new mixed use scheme of a Shopping Center and Office building. With a podium that includes three floors of car park under ground, a double height supermarket and storage spaces at street level and a petrol station, and a 6 floor office tower above it.
The façade along the street is designed to be horizontal and developed in a human scale, kinder for the pedestrian and neighboring approach. All the accesses to the center, both pedestrian and vehicular, are arranged on this side of the building in a differentiated and clear way.
