The new headquarters for Systems Engineering for the Defense of Spain (ISDEFE) is located in the building number 3 Beatriz de Boadilla street. The comprehensive refurbishment of the interior and exterior of the building, as well as the remodeling of the outdoor areas that surround it, is carried out aiming the creation of efficient and comfortable spaces as the project’s drive. Fundamentally sustainable.
The building is equipped with the latest technological gears, a sustainable and energy-efficient infrastructure, the use of renewable energies, the recovery of gray water and heat, reduction of emissions, regulation of lighting…
The façade of the building integrates perfectly into the residential context in which it is located.
