Calçotada 2026: beyond the projects

Can Cortada was the setting for our annual gathering, where we swapped construction sites and blueprints for open flames and calçots. We came together to enjoy a day of shared experiences that, beyond being a tradition, reinforced something we have always known: true teamwork goes far beyond the office environment.

With the arrival of warmer weather, we took the opportunity to meet outdoors and enjoy a traditional calçotada alongside our colleagues from ARTICO. It was a chance to unwind, enjoy local gastronomy, and engage in relaxed conversations—disconnecting from the day-to-day while strengthening team bonds.

Despite the playful debates about the “right” way to eat calçots, what truly stood out was that, much like in our projects, what matters most is how we share the process. Through laughter and good humor, we reaffirmed that the best way to build something solid is to do it together—even beyond the workplace.
